Refund policy

If you have a change of mind, we are happy to refund your order, minus a 10% transaction fee that is charged to Laser the Occasion. This will only occur if your order has not been commenced.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
